Per hour charge includes $1.00 for each additional child plus $10.00 sitter travel fee and $7.00 per meal (daytime)

$14.00 per hour for one child $1.00 each additional with a 4 hour minimum and $10.00 sitter travel fee.  Add $2.00 additional for bank holidays, including long weekends, short and late notice as well as early and late start times.
